I have been asked many times if someone could travel to Europe with accessibility issues or could take a river cruise in a wheel chair. Unfortunately the answer has always been that the standard tours and motor coaches could not accomodate them. Or that many of the tourist areas had difficult stairs and cobble stones ways that could prove too risky.
