You hear about it in the news, cruise ship passengers become ill with a gastrointestinal illness and it is identified as norovirus. Why do cruise ships have this problem, or why does the media only cover cruise ships that have gastrointestinal outbreaks? The answer may surprise you. Should you be concerned.
