This Cruise Planners franchise is owned by Peter Himmelberger who personally has lived, worked, traveled, and vacationed in over 100 countries around the world. Just prior to launching his franchise, Pete lived, worked and traveled extensively throughout the Middle East. So, when people ask about travel to the Holy Lands or places like Jordan (Jerash or Petra), Egypt or Syria, Pete has been there and done that. Pete worked in the U.S. Foreign Service and was stationed in foreign countries including Russia, Australia, Lebanon, Turkey, and more. Afterwards, he worked in private industry with international companies. My most recent travels have been more Central and South American. Pete has earned the highest levels of tourism certification in Costa Rica, Ecuador, especially the Galapagos Islands, Peru and Panama. Pete just recently returned from the Galapagos Islands, Ecuador and Panama again. 
Peter is also a CLIA Certified Master Cruise Counselor, a Luxury Cruise Specialist and Expeditions Specialist.
