This was a unique experience and that is close to their tag line of Uniquely Extraordinary and it truly was.  The took great foods from around the world and made them unique and fascinating not only in presentation, but taste and servings.  It start with everyon reviewing their ipad for the visuals and adding items to your favorites from drinks, cocktails, menu items and then working with your Cuisine Tour Guide.  Every about it was truly unique and extraordinary in taste from the turkey meatball cooked with cranberry sauce in the middle of it, to Maryland crab cake inside a lobster bisque to a vertical mezza from the middle east.  Even fish and chips from England was just so indescribale, delicious, and well unique.  If you are on the Eclipse, and only do one specialty restaurant this is the one, casual, and meant to be shared and have fun.
