The continued popularity of all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean and Latin America and a planned foray into the concept by Hard Rock International may soon lure the rest of the major chains into the all-inclusive market, this feature says. "The international operators of full-service European plan-type resorts have, as far as I can tell, had the need to ask themselves the question as to how they perform in a market that has this high concentration of all-inclusive-type projects. It's pulling demand in that direction," said Richard Katzman of HVS Mexico City.
