That worked well, and Yacht Club on Preziosa is simply amazing, from luggage drop off to boarding, to room service. I thought YC was great on Seascape, but this is a step above that!
Preziosa is smaller and older than Seascape, but we like it better so far. Beautifully decorated and maintained, great venues outside of YC. The YC suites are smaller, but much more richly decorated. The staff is awesome!

I used Cruise Planners (Peter) for a World cruise. It was one of the memorable trips I’ve ever taken. They planned an itinerary like no other. I was allowed to get off the ship at various locations to explore areas of interest and rejoin them at another port. Everything was taken care of from my flights to and from destinations to arranging to have my son join me for part of the trip. Even the smallest of details were thought through. Let me say that it was the BEST VACATION EVER!!!! We loved the ship, the food, the chamber music, our stateroom. We loved our excursions. We had a ball in Vancouver.

Overall our trip was superb! Thank you for making it happen.
We could not have been happier with the cruise staff/leadership, and of course
the food! A few unexpected bumps happened with the flights and boat, but everyone
went out of their way to make things right - if anything, these added a tad more excitement
to an already exciting trip ??

The staff was incredibly attentive. One time I ordered a drink for myself and my mom at the bar and I started to pick them both up to carry to where we were sitting and all the sudden there was another waiter right there with a tray insisting that he carry the drinks for me.
The staff was personable and some of them were very fun. I looked forward to seeing Hari at breakfast everyday. He was always smiling and cracking jokes. Sometimes you could hear him joking with one of the other waiters. It gave me the impression that a enjoyed their jobs. One afternoon the captain had a barbeque just for the staff. ( happy staff= happy customers)
I was surprised by the ability to swim in the ocean off the back of the ship each afternoon. They put a gigantic inflatable trampoline in the water and created a swimming area using kayaks that were tied end-to-end and large rectangular mats that were attached end-to-end on the other side. There were maybe seven or eight children playing there each day but there was also room for us adults to be in the water while sitting on a pool noodle or hanging on to the mats.
I went ashore most of the days and my greatest fun was getting to use my French. I always felt completely safe. I think Sanary Sur Mer was my favorite. There was not much to see right there but 5 minutes away was the town of Collier. There was a little open-air train, sort of like the ones at Disney World to take you to Collier. The town had small shops and cafes and a beach (of small smooth stones). The view at the beach was of medieval castles on either side of the cove.
I also liked the last stop, Vendres. It had rows and rows of colorful sailboats in the harbor, an ornate merry go round, a visitor center, cute little shops and restaurants, a small grocery , a drugstore, scuba diving, and glass bottom boat tours. It's supposedly a very popular destination for scuba diving.
One thing I would suggest is that you make it clear that there is no time to see Barcelona. We were a little sad when we realized that the ship with dock at 8 a.m. and our flight was at noon. Also, you should know that the ship we were on could use some refurbishing. Some of the wallpaper was peeling, the metal shower curtain rings were rusty, and something was wrong with the electricity in the casino so it was not available to use . Actually someone said they were in the process of that. You could see that the deck had been sanded. Someone pointed out to me that it was a lighter shade of wood than the stained handrails. This person told me that all of the six ships are being refurbished one at a time.
But all in all, we had a wonderful time. Thanks for everything. Here are some pictures.

We had a wonderful trip. The weather was very nice in Barcelona and nice but a little hot (104F) in Madrid. The hotels and arrangements were great. We walked a lot saw a lot and enjoyed our trip with our graduating granddaughter Madi.

Hi Peter,
We returned yesterday afternoon and fought to stay awake past 7:30 pm. We are pretty darn tired but I wanted to thank you while everything is still fresh in our minds.
We had a great time and the ship worked out well, especially the kids having their own rooms. The studio, albeit small was well appointed but served the purpose. It is a great option for people who need their own space.
Every day was packed with sightseeing and the days at Sea were a welcomed relief. I’m happy to give you more feedback if you’re interested on other aspects of the trip but mostly I wanted to thank you for all of your assistance in helping us to arrange such a fantastic trip for our family. We now have a whole set of memories that we will cherish for a long time to come.

GREAT TRIP!
First of all, thanks for the Abbey Tavern show and dinner. It was a great evening and we had a great time.
All the arrangements for the cruise and Ireland land tour were perfect. Kensington did a terrific job and our driver/guide from Gregan Chauffeur Ireland (Michael Lawler) was outstanding. He knows everyone everywhere and was key to filling in additional restaurant bookings both in Dublin and on the road as well as a few surprise stops not on the agenda. We moved a few things around and he was on top of it all the way. There is no better way to travel than with Michael. The weather was fine (only a day or two of rain). The hawk walk at Ashford was amazing. We also did a jaunting cart ride at Dromoland that Michael arranged and we loved it!
Our walking tour in Dublin the second day with Patsy Harvey went very well also. Book of Kells is amazing.
Iceland was WINDY and cold with rain, snow, sleet, sun and everything else you can think of but it was great to see Iceland. We arrived in Reykjavik several hours late due to very strong headwinds and didn't get on our first tour until after 3PM. We got back to the ship almost at midnight (still daylight though).
All in all, a fantastic trip and many thanks to you, Michelle at Kensington and Michael in Ireland.

Everything was so wonderful!!! St Lucia and Sandals was so beautiful and all the people were so nice!!! All of the Sandals locations were beautiful but we really did like La Toc the best! The helicopter ride was amazing and worth the price!. Thanks so much for helping with everything! We hope to go on another trip in 2020….maybe the Sandals in Antigua!! Yes, safe and sound and back on land…It took a few days to get our “land legs†back…as you know, but it was very nice.
We found the ship and the entertainment to be quite good…day excursions were too pricey for us and we just did our own touring. Hamilton was very pretty and historically interesting to us.
Food and staff were beyond excellent…think we gained 5 lbs apiece….anyway, it was an adventure. One we will always cherish.

I want to say thank you so very much for your efforts in April for helping Bridget and I decide where would be the best place for our vacation. We had such a wonderful time in the Dominican Republic. The hotel was amazing, the service was wonderful, the beach was beautiful, and the Zip Line tour was really fun and exciting. Wanted to also mention that we greatly appreciated your help with coordinating with the Zip Line company about the confusion about pick up. It was something that we did not want to handle during our vacation and you resolved the issue immediately while we were putting our feet up on the beach with a tasty beverage in hand.
